Responsible for Quality Budgets, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and Earned Value for the programs.Responsible for managing all Quality personnel (S/W, H/W, and Operations) on the programs.Responsible to ensure product compliance, acceptance, and successful government sales.Review Contracts, Development Plans, CM/DM Plans, SEMPs, and System Requirements for accuracy and completeness.Ensure flow down of Raytheon, Quality, and contract program requirements both internally to the programs and to external suppliers and subcontractors ensuring compliance with all requirements.Interface with all suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all delivered material meets all requirements.Interface with program personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve any Quality or contract requirement issues that arise and drive them to resolution/closure.Perform root-cause analysis, corrective / preventive actions and continuous improvement.Identify systemic performance issues and ensure root-cause analysis and corrective solutions are identified and implemented with closure plans.Review practices, procedures, and processes seeking avenues to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce risk to product quality.Collect and analyze quality metric data for the S/W, Systems, and H/W Monthly Program Reviews.Analyze and interpret trends and execute/implement improvements on key metrics.Review and approve all Product Designs (i.e. Drawings, BOMs, etc.).Review major product S/W and H/W deliverables including all major deviations and waivers, acceptance test results and all major anomaly conditions to ensure contract compliance prior to delivery to customer.Participate in internal H/W and S/W requirements,design inspections and deliveries.Support the verification of CSCI Quality and System test process and test results.Oversee audits and evaluations on production documentation and processes.Support Configuration Control Boards during all life cycle phases
