I have over 30 years of tier one Main Contractor experience, securing multi-scale construction projects up to £600m and Frameworks in excess of £1bn; contributing to the tendering and negotiation of schemes across many sectors including sports & leisure, aviation, healthcare, education, residential, commercial and transportation.From 2012 I led the Laing O’Rourke Construction North Estimating department with accountability for securing profitable works through first principle estimating, package management and cost planning. My role extended to bid leadership, supply chain management, pre-contract risk mitigation and change control.
