As Business Director, I lead two highly experienced, multi-site recruitment teams across Technology and Engineering disciplines. We partner with a diverse portfolio of clients across all sectors, ranging from innovative start-ups to multi-billion-dollar Defence organisations, delivering tailored talent solutions that support their growth and long-term success.Alongside leadership, I stay hands-on by leading key accounts and building long-term partnerships, while also ensuring our teams are motivated, inspired, and equipped to deliver at their best.
