We collaborate with banks, credit unions, non-bank mortgage lenders, captive auto finance entities, subprime auto lenders, student lenders and institutions involved in alternative financing products. They all face many of the same challenges in today’s lending environment – increased regulatory pressures, operational scrutiny, disruptive technology, new forms of competition, and consolidation.My recent experience within the financial services industry includes assisting clients and their outside counsel with examination and enforcement matters brought by Federal Regulators, particularly the CFPB and OCC, conducting risk assessments, performing internal control reviews and overseeing associated project management activities.
