Responsible for the global legal compliance, Legal functions and operations at PrimeRevenue, Inc. including customer, supplier and financial institution contracting activities, regulatory compliance (OFAC, KYC / AML, FCPA), sales negotiations, contract management, intellectual property, litigation management, Board administration, labor and employment compliance, mergers and acquisitions activity, and other global corporate governance and compliance initiatives. Additional General Counsel and Executive Leadership Experience: Most recently, General Counsel and Secretary of the Board at Harbor Payments, Inc. a national payments company [acquired by American Express (AXP)]. Also, Chief Legal Officer, Secretary of the Board and Head of Human Resources for Magnet Communications, Inc, an international internet enabled Treasury Management Systems company.
