Serves as a key member of the Senior Services Executive Team, actively participating in System-wide strategy development and planning, and is a strategic thought partner for the President/CEO. Responsible for the conceptualization, development, promotion, implementation and measurement of a full continuum of initiatives designed to enrich spiritually, ethically and culturally the leadership and employees of SCL Health. Oversight responsibilities include Church Relations, Catholic Identity, Organizational and Clinical Ethics, Ministry Formation, International Outreach, Mission Integration and Spiritual Care.
