As the Chief Executive Officer of The Midnight Mission, I oversee the strategic direction and operations of one of the largest and most established nonprofit organizations in Southern California that provides services and support to people experiencing homelessness. I have more than 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on development, social services, and addiction counseling.I started my career in counseling at The Midnight Mission, where I helped individuals overcome their addiction and rebuild their lives. I was then promoted to Assistant Program Manager and progressed to various leadership roles, including Director of Philanthropy and Development Officer. In August 2023, I was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of The Midnight Mission, where I continue to lead and inspire our team to fulfill our mission of offering a bridge to self-sufficiency for people experiencing homelessness.
