I work with carriers, MGAs, and program partners to strengthen and grow their relationship with Alacrity—starting with claims performance.My background is in claims operations, which means my focus is not transactional selling. It’s helping partners solve real operational problems at scale, protect the customer experience, and expand into new programs, lines, or regions when the fit is right.In my current role, I’m focused on client relations—turning proven claims outcomes, specialty capabilities, and trust into sustainable growth.Conversations usually start around:• Claims performance and scalability • Specialty or complex programs • Expansion opportunities within existing relationships • Building durable partnerships, not one‑off winsAlways happy to compare notesMy Origin Story-I’ve always believed that the best way to understand someone is to learn where they come from—not just geographically, but professionally and personally. That belief was recently reinforced by my 7-year-old son, who’s taken to asking people about their “origin stories.” It’s his way of getting to know someone deeply, and honestly, it’s brilliant.My own origin story begins in the insurance world, where I’ve spent years navigating complex claims and building relationships that matter. Today, I serve as the VP of Client Relations with Alacrity Solutions working alongside forward-thinking leaders. I’ve had the privilege of helping shape programs and connecting with emerging underwriters and market innovators across the country.Beyond the spreadsheets and strategy decks, I’m a dad learning from his kid how to ask better questions. I value the story behind the title, and I try to bring that mindset into every meeting, every handshake, and every decision.Outside of work, I’ve had the opportunity to share my passion for leadership and team culture as a TEDx speaker, exploring how connection, trust, and purpose drive high-performing teams.I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about claims, customer experience, leadership, and innovation in insurance.
