I have extensive HR experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching, positively impacting hundreds of employees over the past twenty plus years.While in college, I started my career as a bookseller, where I developed skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork. I worked my way up to store management and regional assistant roles, where I gained valuable experience in hiring, training, and coaching. I used this experiences to guide me to a full-time role in Human Resources helping others have the most positive working experience possible. I have always enjoyed helping others grow and succeed in their roles, and I am passionate about promoting a positive and productive work environment which promotes work/life balance and allows a team to bring their authentic selves to work each day. I also love gardening, volunteering as an ESL teacher, and spending time with my family and pets.
