My DHW colleagues and I activate decades of successful operating, research, and advisory experience to help innovation-focused companies to uncover mission-critical but imperfectly understood key triggers to marketplace adoption. We then work closely with clients to convert these discoveries into powerful, distinctive, and well communicated solutions.Early career brand management and new product development roles with consumer products companies including Parker Brothers Toys and Swarovski Crystal led to a decade of senior innovation leadership roles at financial healthcare services innovator Unum Life. The common core thread: Commercial innovation success is crucially dependent upon deep understanding of customers\' and channel partners\' most critical outcomes needs, and upon being able to translate that understanding into robust and actionable solutions. The emergence of Digital Health in the early led to senior operating roles with two teleheath spinouts from leading research universities. Comprehensive understanding of what clinicians, hospital systems, and patients most wanted from their tech support devices and platforms was an integral factor in the eventual sale of these two companies to large public healthtech platform organizations.Subsequent advisory and interim management roles with emerging healthtech and consumer tech companies further imbedded the conviction that growth-focused companies deeply need sophisticated and unbiased third party collaboration to truly recognize the complete set and context of their marketplaces-and how to rapidly translate those learnings into profitable solution programs consistent with organizational values and resource realities.
