I am also leading a large scale digital project on remote operations that will fundamentally transform our generation portfolios operations. Where I am particularly effective is working across multi-discipline interfaces and bringing people together to achieve the desired outcomes. A recent example of this is my leading the successful commercial and technical disciplines integration of our Kings Lynn acquisition which was completed as the pandemic started, just to add another layer of complexity!My natural curiosity means I am always learning, growing and embracing new challenges. Many of these relate to leading business areas and others relate to tackling complex challenges such as organisational change & transformation, investigations and complex projects.
