He devotes most of his time advising clients on international acquisitions as well international restructuring to achieve tax efficiencies and increase shareholder value. David brings his clients over 20 years of corporate tax experience serving non-US and U.S. multinational clients. Over his career he has gained global perspective when he worked in London with PwC’s US tax team focusing on international tax planning for European clients with US operations and US multinational corporations operating in Europe. David continues to advise non-U.S. companies investing in the U.S, with a focus on tax-efficient leasing and financing structures.
