My responsibilities include all product specifications for the Advanced Mobile Solutions division of Skyworks, systems link-budget and analysis of conformance requirements, challenging operating use cases for coexistence and carrier aggregation, harmonic and intermodulation relationships of blockers and resulting receiver desense, conformance and test development support in the form of automation toolsets that translate specifications to test, waveform creation and maintenance for validation, front-end architecture proposals 2-3 years out for advanced customer developments, contirbution to teh technical roadmap in areas of architecture and front-end function/feature/performance, one of several technical interfaces from Skyworks to industrial and standards bodies (eg : IWPC, etc.) and carrier organizations to support radio development for operator specific concerns and understand emerging requirements. I am also the patent liason for the AMS division, and lead a team of experts to review and rank disclosures and support IPR maintenance of our patent portfolios.
