About David Miller
Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine language learning, Agility, Real world Evidence (RWE)! A little about myself. Passionate of the role that Real World Evidence will have in providing invaluable information of the benefit and risk of treatments. Led the change in mindset for how epidemiology and RWE may add value as evidence, only if done with proper competencies and scientific processes. Also led the development of processes and governance to ensure the quality of RWE studies, which are a required part of the what is needed to improve the evidentiary value of RWE. As a final step, built a team that not only has proper competencies so they may succeed scientifically, but most importantly had the necessary soft skills to bring multifunctional teams together behind an RWE approach in addressing a research question. My experience crosses academia, CROs and pharma. Finally, I am passionately serious about the work I do, that said I maintain a healthy sense of humor.
