Clinical Project Manager responsible for the overall project leadership, development of project plans, coordinate resources, billing and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the business contact for assigned clients and responsible for project implementation and client satisfaction for SPH Analytics. • Review contracts and develop project scope, schedule, and deliverables• Lead kick-off calls and manage multiple survey projects• Develop detailed project implementation plans• Conduct risk assessments on scope of work to mitigate risks• Execute work plans and manage scope changes• Communicate effectively with clients and represent their goals and interests to the team• Strong ability to push implementations to closure within given timeframe• Manage day-to-day operational activity with other SPH Analytics departments• Conduct best practices, project/program reviews, and post implementation analyses• Monitor data collection to provide client updates• Conduct quality assurance reviews throughout the project lifecycle• Resolve project issues in a timely fashion• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of reporting deliverables• Identify growth opportunities with clients• Manage project history for contract renewals and lessons learned• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
