About David Parke

David Parke has a broad range of executive, board member and transaction experience spanning multiple industries with a primary focus on biotechnology & energy. As an investment banker, David has represented clients in transactions with an aggregate value of $10 billion and has helped launch companies which became leaders in their industry including Insight Enterprises, JDS Uniphase, Ultralife Batteries and Altimmune. David worked with PDC Energy for 25 years, first as their investment banker on the company’s first-ever public offering and then as a board member, and helped the company grow from a market capitalization of $40 million to over $7 billion. While on the board of PDC, David was chair of the compensation committee and a member of the audit committee. David also serves on the Life Sciences Advisor Board of IP Group, where he focused on creating and building early stage companies in partnership with leading universities. David holds a B.S. in Finance (summa cum laude) from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. with Honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. David is active in his community and serves as Accounting Warden at Christ Church, a 300+ year-old church in Philadelphia, where he has been instrumental in doubling the church’s endowment and maintaining financial stability through the COVID pandemic.
