He also received a Presidential Design Award for his work on the American Ambassador’s residence in Hanoi, Vietnam and a GSA Design Award related to his work at the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.Mr. Pelgrim holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer, a certified Program Management Professional, a two-time winner of the Marketplace International Corporate Management Competition and graduated Phi Kappa Phi based upon his exemplary performance in the MBA program. He has held positions with INSA, AFCEA, the University of Maryland Engineering Alumni Association and spoken on business and leadership topics at the University of Maryland and George Mason University.
