I help engineering and architecture teams solve one of their hardest challenges: making data available instantly where it’s needed, without adding complexity, latency, or operational pain.As a Senior Business Development professional at Hazelcast, I work closely with architects, platform teams, and engineering leaders who are modernising core systems, scaling real-time applications, or looking to extend what their current stack can do.Hazelcast is a unified in-memory data platform that integrates distributed caching, low-latency compute, and stream processing into a single runtime. This allows organisations to process data in motion and at rest with sub-millisecond performance—powering use cases such as payment authorisation, fraud detection, customer 360, session state management, mainframe offload, digital integration hubs, and event-driven modernisation.My role focuses on identifying where teams face bottlenecks, latency, scaling limits, cost of legacy systems, operational resilience, and connecting them with the right Hazelcast experts to explore architectural patterns that simplify their stack while increasing performance and reliability.
