After a fulfilling 35-year career of personal and professional growth in Automotive and Manufacturing, I am now striving to be a valued and trusted advisor to business leaders to unlock the potential of their teams and partners, by sharing knowledge and expertise with care, humility and curiosity. At the same time, I am giving priority to family and personal passions that nourish and energise.Leading teams for over 25 years in Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and Ford Motor Company, I developed a deep expertise in Supply Chain Management and Procurement at Board level and in Operations, but what I learnt the most was that functional disciplines are second to people. Understanding how to best engage, inspire, nurture and achieve together, ‘Realising Our Potential’ is my purpose. Now, as before, I love to work with people who want to build capability, robust strategies and solutions that are anticipating future challenges and opportunities. The aspects of career history outlined below are the pathways and milestones achieved so far. I look back with pride, but I look forward knowing the journey continues, supporting progressive people and businesses to exceed their expectations and hopefully together, enjoy the journey and feel fulfilled.
