   Created and managed a 5-person OD consulting group that conducts various change management projects in the education sector, including school districts, schools, school leadership teams and school administration. Designs customized organizational change initiatives, manages OD processes, training and development as well as managing client contracting and building and sustaining client relations. MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS Boosted annual survey rating of a client’s teacher collaboration efforts to improve instructional practices, raising it from 92% to 96% and yielding 100% retention of effective teachers as staff grew by 25%. Conceptualized and implemented professional development training program for teachers, incorporating core competencies, observations, self-evaluation, feedback and coaching. Enabled a school’s first-ever rating of \"Proficient\" in overall effectiveness and its removal from New York State\'s list of \"Persistently Dangerous\" schools, evolving it into a safe \"Community School\" or hub of community resources. Designed and facilitated strategic planning process involving cross-section of stakeholders, addressing school culture, schoolclimate and creating an incident reduction plan. Retained school leaders who previously reported the job as “unmanageable and overwhelming.” School principal gained promotion and 88% of teachers reported that leaders provided regular, helpful feedback. Overhauled workflow for administration, aligning roles/responsibilities with skills, talent and capacity. Lifted teacher job satisfaction and student achievement by clarifying organizational structures, job expectations and composing written competencies with measurable outcomes tied to student achievement. Ended an ongoing conflict between a budget director and a school principal that resulted from unfilled expectations of both parties. Coached and guided conflict reduction, using expectation dialogue protocol.
