Leading the charge with my experienced and dedicated team on growing the MTS domestic freight brokerage arm by embracing change and digital transformation with a strong focus on service, communication, and collaboration. While our core business is \"moving freight\" via truckload van/decks/oversize, LTL, and drayage/transloading, we like to differentiate ourselves through our dedicated team of programmers and supply chain IT experts. This is very unique in the freight brokerage world. Our digital transformation team was founded to drive digital transformation and kaizen initiatives for our customers. Examples include building customized portals for track/trace visibility, use of RPA (robot process automation), OCR, and other methods to drive kaizen improvements for customers. These improvements extend into accounting, documentation and data management.
