I now work as an executive coach and independent advisor, following a long career in management consulting. As a coach, I work with senior business leaders and high potential future leaders, helping them to improve their performance, enhance their resilience and achieve their goals. I help my clients become more effective in a way that often also improves their personal well-being. My approach to coaching is client-led, developmental and outcome focused, based on a belief that successful coaching interventions should increase self-awareness and lead to sustainable changes in behaviour.
