Manage end-to-end production logistics for live and pre-recorded WF matches, Magazine Show, and Highlights, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with health, safety, and broadcast regulations. • Oversee programme budgets, cost reports, and forecasts; prepare quarterly financial updates for senior leadership, supporting effective decision-making. • Collaborate with Production Executive and Senior Producers to plan schedules, allocate resources, and ensure staffing requirements are consistently met across SPL departments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and facility providers; troubleshoot issues to minimize delays and keep workflows efficient. • Lead production meetings and act as a key liaison with Executive Producer, Directors, and stakeholders to track progress, escalate concerns, and implement solutions. • Mentor, supervise, and actively manage a team of Production Coordinators and Assistants; delegate tasks, foster professional growth, and ensure clear communication with staff and freelancers. • Drive improvements in production processes and systems, introducing new methods to enhance efficiency, workflow, and overall outcomes. • Support producers with operational demands and risk assessments, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-executed productions. • Ensure freelancers are contracted in line with local and international guidelines; maintain transparency and provide leadership on departmental initiatives.
