development and evolving is the way the world works. Pure and simple. People can attempt to start something new, but without developing and adapting, they cannot succeed or accomplish a certain level. With this in mind, throughout my whole life, I have always striven to be better at what I do. The thought of taking on new projects ignites my mind and propels me into the new venture. Enthusiasm and passion have always been my strong points, so if there is a topic or subject that i don\'t get instantly, i will plunge myself into furthering my understanding. As of 2018, i have become self employed. I am currently sourcing properties, full renovations for run down properties and buying and selling machinery in auction formats. Passive income is a massive factor for progressing in this industry, so i like to balance my income across three separate platforms. I am prepared to work with anyone, i love to learn from people as opposed to the internet or books, life lessons have a much larger impact. My vision for the next two years is simple. to continue to further my knowledge of the property industry, to have completed a minimum of 10 property renovations and to have a portfolio of 10 rented properties across the UK. I am extremely keen to have conversations with people in the property industry, whether its discuss the potential for a joint venture, to trade knowledge on situations that have occurred on my journey or to meet for a coffee to discuss some of my BMV properties.
