ABOUT DAVID OFARRELL

Motivated and energised, I take great pride in my work, I strive and work hard to get results I am not afraid to learn or adapt to change. I try to create healthy and enjoyable working environments in which my teams enjoy coming into work and working alongside and for me. I excel in getting the best out of people, team building and realising potential and talent.I am very much a people person with beliefs that if I invest in people with training,coaching and sharing knowledge we become stronger as a team and our overall daily roles become simple and easier to manage.My aim is to continue on my journey of learning and see what more I can achieve.Currently in my construction career I have progressed from an apprentice carpenter to my current role of Project Manager. I have worked on various sized projects building both in traditional and in timber frame. I aspire to achieve PIJ on my journey in becoming a successful and knowledgeable site manager.
