As the EPNE Apprenticeship Programme Manager, I am responsible for driving the quality and compliance of apprenticeship provision, acting as the nominee for Ofsted inspections, and ensuring programmes meet the highest regulatory standards. I lead the development of the self-assessment report and quality improvement plan, embedding a culture of continuous improvement across all apprenticeship pathways.My role involves chairing governance forums such as the Apprentice Governing Board and Excellence Committee, strengthening collaboration with senior stakeholders, delivery partners, and academia to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. I oversee compliance with the Apprenticeship Providers and Assessment Register (APAR) and MSP contractual requirements, while also managing accreditation processes and professional recognition engagement.I champion the Apprentice Learner Voice, using survey feedback and qualitative/quantitative evaluation to inform improvements to programme delivery. Alongside this, I support delivery teams with CPD, drive best practice in training and learning observations, and maintain strong engagement with external bodies to stay aligned with sector standards and emerging trends.
