The Musical)Prior House Management experience: St. James Theatre (Illinoise), Walter Kerr Theatre (Hadestown), and the August Wilson Theatre (Cabaret at the Kit Kat Klub).Events: Trisha Paytas\' Big Broadway Dream, BCEFA Broadway Dream Roles- Manages ingress, intermission, and egress of 1,300+ patrons per performance- Cultivates an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness to create hospitable guest experiences- Resolves customer service issues, calmly addresses medical emergencies, and solves security concerns to ensure the safeties and welfares of all patrons- Collaborates with show partners including Stage, Company, and General Management to uphold their visions for guest experience and venue atmosphere- Calculates and audits payroll for staff including Local 1 (Carpenters / Propertypeople / Electricians), Local 306 (Ushers / Doorpeople), Local 32BJ (Porters / Cleaners), Local 751 (Treasurers), and Local 802 (Musicians) in accordance with their respective union contracts/MOAs- Develops well-connected teams through customer service training and team-building activities- Inspects all backstage and front-of-house spaces routinely to assess risks- Organizes facility maintenance and construction projects throughout the venue
