Open to collaborations on anti-cancer drug delivery as well as preventions of respiratory virus infections. All are available for further development. Currently focused on the proton shunt niclosamide, that has broad spectrum activity in many diseases and conditions as shown in cell culture and is now ready to be applied in, for example, cancer and viral infections. We take low solubility drugs (\"bricks\") and convert them to even lower solubility prodrugs (\"rocks). We offer our \"Bricks to Rocks\" strategy for the express purpose of making small sized, pure, prodrug nanoparticles for i.v. injection and other administration routes. Since cancers feed on LDLs and VLDLs we can now \"Make the drug look like the cancer\'s food\"(They all have to eat). This approach with niclosamide as the prodrug niclosamide stearate has shown promise in mice and canine patients. Currently working on new formulations of niclosamide for brain cancer for administration into the resection cavity. As a host cell modulator, niclosamide can prevent viral infection and so is also been formulated for preventative nasal and early treatment throat sprays sprays.
