My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:• Participate in the end-to-end preparation and revision of over business tax extensions & returns in softwares such as CCH, OneSource Income Tax, and GoSystems• Assist in preparation of detailed workpapers to analyze tax liabilities across multiple jurisdictions for middle market business, SMBs, as well as multi-entity related organizations• Interact with state departments of tax and revenues to understand and solve outstanding notices for clients going through troubles• Actively developing technical skills and deepening my knowledge of state and local tax through continuous work on various tax forms, gaining hands-on experience every day
