An active member on internal and external boards, I have regularly advised boards of directors and senior leadership teams on complex legal matters. Additionally, I have coached and mentored leaders across an array of industries. A trusted advisor with the proven ability to anticipate and address high-profile matters, I often bring a non-legal perspective to discussions, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure we achieve business objectives. My approach to problem solving involves pressure testing assumptions, ideas, and strategies with a legal as well as a customer/client perspective.
