I have been a specialist in planning law for well over 15 years focussing on all aspects of the planning process, from planning applications to dealing with planning and enforcement appeals. I have extensive experience in drafting section 106 agreements and infrastructure agreements, as well as assisting in the CPO process.I have developed a passion for advising clients in biodiversity net gain in particular. I now act for a range of clients from conservation charities, to landowners, habitat bank providers, responsible bodies and local authorities alike. My extensive network of contacts has allowed me to provide in depth support creating opportunities and leading the approach to BNG on a national basis. Ultimately, I love the area and I see natural capital as a key sector going forward.
