Assigned to the Halliburton Drilling, Testing and Training Facility (HDTTF) project as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The generalized scope of the program was to establish a large enough tract of real estate whereby Halliburton Product Service Lines could test equipment and train young professionals. I was tasked with the design and procurement of a fit-for-purpose drilling rig that would meet the demands of all PSL\'s for several years. While the rig procurement process was underway, I lead a team of well planners whose task is to plan three to twelve wells to be drilled at the direction of the PSL VP\'s during which time the testing of innovative downhole technologies and the training of new personnel is ongoing. Additionally, because of my unique experiences, I was asked to act as an advisor for the design and construction of the testing/training site plus the procurement of all equipment that would be used over the lifetime of the facility.
