The focus of this role is mainly on a couple of areas, Daily project agile board review meetings & Resource management for SW, HW Cyber & Network engineering.a/ Resource management is where the engineering resource are catalogued within Primavera P6 & reviewed based on the engineer’s competency, then once confirmed are allocated to specific activities to allow a capacity review.b/ Managing Project Agile board & associated daily meetings relating to execution of the MDL & Build Testing/EFAT completion schedules.Due to my previous involvement within Production & Supply Chain (Materials & Procurement) I tend to ask relevant question that others don’t believe are important in the early stages but will impact delivery if not actioned on time.Also actioning KPI’s (weekly & monthly) as well as Capacity review’s & charts for reporting purposes.
