   1) Primarily responsible for originating and structuring asset-based transactions from $3 million up to $40 million in commitments (can go higher based on credit metrics of the Company) for middle market companies with revenues generally up to $300 million. Deal origination is either on a direct or participation basis. If on a participation basis, the preference is towards club opportunities versus widely syndicated transactions.\\\\n(2) Ability to lend against most asset classes on the balance sheet including A/R, inventory, machinery & equipment, and owner-occupied real estate. Structure can be enhanced with a cash flow term loan with amortization schedules from 3 to 7 years based upon strength of EV.\\\\n(3) Deal sourcing includes direct calling, private equity, family offices, uni-tranche lenders, investment banks, capital markets / syndication groups, CPA\'s, turnaround consultants and business advisers.\\\\n(4) Our industry focus remains agnostic / generalists. Due to our Federal Charter, we are not able to finance marijuana-related businesses.\\\\n(5) Origination efforts are augmented by ability to provide, non-ABL products, including: owner-occupied real estate, traditional C&I, leveraged cash flow, non-profits, municipals, private / public schools, power & energy, equipment financing & leasing, and warehouse financing / subscription facilities.\\\\n(6) California Bank & Trust is a full-service bank providing, among other services, treasury and cash management services, wealth management / private banking, foreign exchange, and SBA products.\\\\n(7) Through the parent holding company, California Bank & Trust is a $70 billion bank and maintains a very strong balance sheet. The bank\'s founding dates back to 1873. California Bank & Trust has established itself as one of the premier middle market business banks in the country.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n\\\\n
