WORK HISTORY
Senior Process Engineer @Bilfinger UK
Warrington, GB
Role: Supporting projects across industries delivering Process Engineering Design within single or multi-discipline engineering, EPCM or EPC projects for all the major sectors (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Food). To date I have been acting as a Senior Process Engineer on a Natural Gas infrastructure project. So far this has involved: starting the process of cross-checking an Alarm & Trip Schedule against other documentation; performing a couple of site visits to enable high-level review of existing P & IDs; assisting with Hazard & Operability Study (HAZOP) action close-out; and assisting with identifying ways to close risk gaps identified in a Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) study conducted by others during an earlier project phase. I have been working with other Process Engineers, engineers from other disciplines, and members of the company’s Project Management team. I have also attended and contributed in meetings with the project client.Whilst at Bilfinger UK, I have obtained the SHEA gas certification; I have also completed the ECITB’s “Introduction to Project Controls”, have attended a course on the Construction and Design Management (CDM) regulations from the perspective of the role of a Principle Designer, and have attended an internal company session on Mental Health Awareness.
