I have worked in the public, private, and now in the non-profit sectors along with multiple political campaigns. In my time with College Republicans, I helped grow the organization from 20 active members to over 100 in a year. Furthermore, I have planned and executed multiple debates that were held campus-wide. My extensive data entry experience from my lobbying internship and research assistant roles have aided many of my current pursuits. In my previous roles, I was in charge of member outreach, recruitment, engagement, and training new leaders/membership. Currently, I am managing the Leadership Institute\'s National Ambassador Program. In previous role, I directly managed over 200 elite student leaders by helping train, connect, and coordinate ambassadors across the nation. Moreover, I run our activism kit distribution, aid in facilitating our National Student Activism Conference, and serve as the chief contact for our department\'s legal team. Currently as a Recruiter at Empower Strategies, I specialize in sourcing and recruiting top-tier candidates to support a myriad of organizations nationwide. My role involves identifying and engaging with experienced professionals across the political realm to ensure that our clients have the best talent for their specific needs.
