Communication Liaison - during a multi-year consolidation and transformation of IT across New York State agencies, am responsible for maintaining and developing communication channels to and from the Revenue and Transportation cluster which numbers approximately 700 NYS IT staff.* Business Systems Analyst, Integration Test lead and UAT advisor for an enterprise level project to integrate tax systems - e-MPIRE.* Supervisor - internal (e-MPIRE) and public facing (Web) tax (IBM Websphere) applications that are mission critical to thousands of state staff and millions of taxpayers for the state of New York.* Business Systems Analyst and project lead for creation of business, individual, and miscellaneous tax software applications. Implementing tax efficiencies for internal and external customers coordinated with strategic business initiatives such as expanding our electronic base (e-Government).* Duties include; collaborate with and assist stakeholders throughout system development to ensure customer satisfaction, project management, RFP development, vendor selection, requirements gathering, system design, report design, system documentation, presentations/demos, customer surveys, testing, testing support, implementation and on-going support.* Analyze legislation for the impact relative to existing tax software applications
