Senior executive with a distinguished career in Federal and State Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, Crisis Management and Major Case investigative experience. A proven record of building effective and efficient programs, directing multi-agency task forces, managing diverse workforces, conflict management, implementing substantive operational and administrative changes in the workplace. Established the nationally recognized Tennessee Fusion Center which significantly improved the sharing of criminal intelligence and information relative to international and domestic terrorism at all levels of government. Deployed to Saudi Arabia as the On Scene Commander by FBI Director Bob Mueller in May, 2003. I lead the team of 75 specialized employees to conduct this international high profile Al-Quaida terrorism investigation with Mabahith Saudi Security Force. Member of the nation’s first Joint Terrorism Task Force in New York City.
