Create smiles in the eyes of people we serve.•Partner with Director of Talent Acquisition, Executive Leadership, Campus Administrators and Hiring Managers to identify Site QST and Executive level staffing needs. This role would provide targeted recruitment methods for specific Management/Director/Leadership positions. With the expectation of utilizing both public and confidential source methodology.•Use traditional and non-traditional sourcing/recruitment strategies to identify and entice top qualified talent for critical organizational positions. Using agency-based recruitment strategies with a focus on passive candidates as well as active candidates.•Work with all areas of the PHS organization on sourcing/recruitment efforts in targeted measures, including developing and maintaining interview process for high priority candidates.•This position is the critical link for high priority candidates as a point of contact for the organization that is able to optimize the candidate experience. This person must be able to convey PHS values and standards to potential candidates.•Develop partnerships with the leadership teams to sustain the candidate experience throughout the interview process and lead that development.•Establish and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to share updates, discuss challenges, and fine tune overall recruitment/sourcing strategy.•Provide mentorship to other members of the Sourcing Team. As a Senior member of that team, it is expected that you will provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the team as needed or requested by the Director of Talent Acquisition. Including leading meetings or training sessions.
