   Oversee all Accounting & Finance processes for four entities at Rancho Valencia, a Forbes 10-Star Luxury Resort & Spa- Colaborate with GM, Directors, and Managers to produce comprehensive budgets & projections- Develop & implement a Labor Management Program to optimize labor efficiency- Drive monthly financial closing process, facilitating reviews with leadership and Ownership- Oversee a sizeable, completely decentralized Accounting Team - Utilize Excel and other technology to standardize processes, while increasing accuracy and efficiency- Participate in EC meetings to ensure alignment in achieving objectives- Actively work with 3rd party auditors to validate financial integrity- Manage CapEx planning and spend with Owners and resort leadership- Directly oversee IT and Purchasing departments- Work closely with HR on Wage & Hour Laws to maintain compliance and mitigate lawsuits- Meet with Ownership and GM weekly to review Resort financial performance, projects, and initiatives- Hold bi-weekly Accounting meetings for updates, training, and development- Review & approve purchases to ensure cost controls and budget achievement- Establish a monthly balance sheet reconciliation process and create templates for each account- Engage in weekly Revenue Strategy meetings- Maintain Critical Contracts Listing
