VP of Loan Administration with Centerbank followed by 10 years as SVP of Loan Administration with Banknorth responsible for all facets of servicing: escrow management, default administration, investor accounting, customer service, and bulk portfolio purchases and sales. Transitioned to sub-servicing and business process outsourcing operations. This includes 10 years with Graystone Solutions as EVP of servicing operations, business development, and vendor/client relationships. Time was also spent with BSI Financial, a national sub-servicer, responsible for business development for performing clients as well as a full range of compliance tools and Sutherland Mortgage Services, a major national business process outsourcer, as director of mortgage servicing.

I am able to provide a diverse group of financial institutions with consulting support related to mortgage servicing needs. This includes department assessments, project management, system and workflow enhancements, compliance, investor audits as well as vendor review, selection and oversight, servicing system reviews and portfolio transfers. I can also provide management support to temporarily lead servicing departments in cases of key staff turnover.
