SummaryMy roles and responsibilities include the day to day running of Waste and Delivery Management, Traffic Management, Fire Management and Fire Safety Procedures. I use I-click, a web based delivery management system that manages the daily co-ordination of deliveries and materials required by the Trade Contractors on site. “in real time” through smart phone technology, it also allows co-ordination off other resources such as goods hoists, tower cranes, fork lifts for vertical goods distribution. The system also allows for project reporting, monitoring and analysis to include Delivery Co-ordination, Waste Management and CO2 emissions through distance travelled. In addition I am responsible for the managing of labour resources, providing daily assignments and instruction to the site team ensuring all tasks and activities are undertaken safely and efficiently.I attended all co-ordination and H&S meetings. Keep the project up to date with Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Health & Safety to include \"Tool Box Talks\". I present the Lend Lease IIF Training whilst working on there sites, I attended the 3 day “Train the Trainer” course.
