About David Miller

David grew up in a small Oceanside Historical town North of Boston known as Marblehead. As a young adult he worked Summers for Rockett Realty, a property owner in Marblehead. He then moved on to Hobart and William Smith Colleges to obtain a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1992 he relocated to South Florida and began his Real Estate career working for an Appraiser. Within one year David established his own Mortgage Brokerage Business. In 2001 David transitioned into Real Estate Investor, rehabbing single family homes and condos. Fast forward to 2010, David acquired his Florida Real Estate license and two years later became a FL Real Estate Broker. He also currently holds a Mortgage Broker License in the state of FL. In the next 10 years, he and his investors built a portfolio consisting of Bank owned properties. Which he rehabilitated and rented. Within 3 years they began selling off the portfolio and finished selling everything 10 years after Acquisition. Combining the beautiful Florida beaches with the majestic Rocky Mountains of Montana. In 2023 he became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Montana. Making a full circle in his career he can offer clients properties in both Florida and Montana. David’s extensive expertise in the Real Estate Industry has been a win-win both to himself and hundreds of clients along the way. Currently he’s invested with eXp Realty and looking forward to serving all his clients Real Estate needs.
