Therapeutic area experience includes oncology/ IO, respiratory, metabolic diseases, inflammation, & neuro/ pain. Played key roles in the discovery of 10+ first-in-class development candidates, with several progressing to Phase 2 clinical development. Expertise developed in a diversity of target classes, drugging modalities and technologies, through all stages of the drug discovery continuum. Using AURIGIN, the Company is building a pipeline of small molecule targeted therapies, led by a first-in-class, oral KAT2A/B degrader, AUTX-703, which is being developed for the treatment of both hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.
