As retailers, we delivered change programmes to create a better offer for our customers. We overcame obstacles in every day trading. Operating in and around the commercial relationship between buyer and seller, I have 30 years experience with leading FMCG retail and manufacturing businesses, across both food and non-food. After the last 6 years in my own consultancy I have now joined up with three former Asda and Morrisons colleagues, Ged Futter, Alistair Maiden and Dom Burch to launch GSCOP Ltd - a commercial, legal and reputational consultancy centered around GSCOP training, and improving commercial relationships. I am an Associate lecturer at Leeds University Business School, combining current Business School theory with blue chip commercial expertise. Using mentoring, training and coaching skills built up over 14 years as a Commercial Director at Asda, I can ensure the support delivers the right results.
