ABOUT DAVID MIKLOSEK

As a Security Manager at SecuriGroup/Selfridges, I oversee the security operations and staff for one of the largest and most prestigious department stores in the UK. With over 10 years of experience in the security industry, I have developed strong skills in retail operations, team building, employee training, and risk management. I lead a team of 35 security officers and supervisors, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and compliant with the highest standards of customer service and safety. I also coordinate with the store management and the SecuriGroup head office to implement and monitor the security policies and procedures, and to respond to any incidents or emergencies. My mission is to provide a secure and welcoming environment for the staff and customers of Selfridges, and to uphold the values and goals of SecuriGroup and Selfridges.
