As an independent consultant, I provide actuarial advisory services focused in the Medicare and pharmacy spaces. I also focus on leadership development and organizational design for actuarial departments. In my previous role as a Principal and Consulting Actuary at Milliman, I provided high-quality strategy consulting and financial risk management services to clients in the US healthcare ecosystem, focusing on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, pharmacy supply chain, and biopharma. With more than 17 years of work experience, I held leadership roles at Milliman, Aetna, and Humana, where I applied my actuarial expertise and strategic acumen. I have led projects, developed leaders and managers, and designed and implemented organizational transformations to support the strategic and operational goals of these leading health insurers and actuarial consulting firm.
