Prepare and analyze the monthly financial package, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, account reconciliation, and G/L analysis • Maintain the SAP General Ledger, Accounting functions, Chart of Accounts, Customer, and Vendor files • Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information • Calculate, prepare, and submit State sales tax returns and payments • Review, prepare and distribute approved 1099\'s • Ensures all financial deadlines and due dates are met promptly, including the monthly financial close, state sales tax returns, vendor payments, employee obligations, financial information, and external financial requirements • Recommends new processes, accounting controls, best practices, reporting, and documentation improvements to streamline work to increase accuracy and create efficiencies • Manage the Accounts Payable function and process enter bi-monthly payments in bank • Cross Train on all accounting functions • Assist with Annual Budgets, LE\'s, and financial projections
