   The Knickerbocker Greys is an after-school, youth organization established in 1881 for boys and girls ages six to sixteen. The cadets learn leadership skills such as how to motivate others, supervise a group of peers, properly convey empathy and patience, and build confidence in other cadets in a fun and unique way. The abilities acquired as a part of the Corps not only serve the cadets in their school lives now, but in their careers, and with their families, later in life.
