My career journey has been a nontraditional one that has yielded a leader with 30 years of experience across diverse industries serving multiple audiences including disaster survivors, volunteers, clergy, NGO leaders, governmental officials, business and industry executives, clients, donors, healthcare personnel and consumers. I possess prime oral and written communication skills with a capacity to skillfully yet plainly communicate and build relationships with diverse ethnic, educational, occupational and socioeconomic populations. I am by nature a positive leader with proven analytical, organizational, time management and deconfliction skills who has operated in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. An impassioned pacesetter for quality and excellence who is careful, punctilious, and scrupulous, I am self-motivated and industrious with the ability to self-manage or work collaboratively. My career constant has been service to others. I love people. I enjoy talking to them, hearing their stories, and learning their backgrounds, whether that be a client or coworker. Their narratives help me to understand how to better serve them, either as a company representative, coworker, manager, friend or kind stranger. I easily form sincere, meaningful, and lasting realtionships with colleagues, collaborators, competitors, and customers by being selfless, caring, compassionate, and unconditionally kind.
